Our mind is a marvel. We literally can achieve anything we set our minds to and what you set your mind to your mind will do. Unfortunately the mind doesn't understand the difference between positive and negative. What you think your mind proves. If you keep thinking about things you don't want then your mind will keep giving you more of this because that is what it thinks you want. Hypnosis can retrain your thinking so that you start to think about the things you do want.
